Paul’s career in television drama got off to a flying start when he became the lead director on E4’s award winning ‘Skins’. After working on the first two episodes with a brilliant young cast including Dev Patel, Nicholas Hoult, and Joe Dempsie, he quickly moved on to direct two episodes of ITV’s ‘Whistleblowers’.

Since then Paul has worked on a wide variety of projects ranging from the historical drama ‘Desperate Romantics’ starring Aiden Turner and Rafe Spall, to ITV's 'Vera' starring Brenda Blethyn.

Paul was the lead director on the latest series of ‘Vera’. The opening episode 'Blood Will Tell' will be launched in January 2020. More recently Paul wrapped on 'My Left Nut', a coming of age comedy drama commissioned by BBC Three. The three part series was adapted from the award winning play written by Michael Patrick and Oisin Kearney and will be broadcast on March 1st 2020.
